- has not sent me any statements showing my balances due. I did not know my loan was almost defaulted - I was informed by a accelerated action letter from chase dated -. I was not given any phone calls or additional letters warning me that I was about to default. I am just asking chase allow me to make up the missed payments and continue making the monthly payments. I WAS TOLD WHEN MY LOAN WAS MODIFIED FOR LONG TERM PAYMENT MODIFICATION I WOULD HAVE FORBEARANCE FOR PAST DUE AMOUNTS. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. i WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THIS HAD NOT HAPPENED.
