Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

I had completed return and renew my vehicle in 2013 with - - - - - - - due to - forget to return the - vehicle electronic key to -, so - - - bill me the penalty $470.00 start from -/-/2013! and then I had complain with - and also contact with - financial services so many times for remove the record, but no any action, and then they still transfer the bill to Debt collection company - -! so please help me to dispute my inaccurate information on my credit report! Thanks!
