I am college student and been in college for 4 years. I will graduate from college in - 2016. I have - credit cards with synchrony bank. When I applied for the cards it was GE. I have been able to pay the cards up until last year. I tried several times to enroll in credit protection with synchrony bank and was denied. They did n't offer it to me when I applied and when they changed banks. I am currently unemployed due to illness. I have been unable to get any help from synchrony bank and they have sent me to collection. I really need help with this issue because this has hinder my credit.
