Navient was sold my loans from - - about a year or so ago. These loans have been based off a credit score -2006. I graduated - in 2006. They do not offer any programs to help me lower my rate. The only program they have is based off my income and - of my co-signers income. The only way I would be able to get relief is if i decide to not pay them for -4 months, destroy my credit and then finally get some help. They are variable rate loans, and with prime rate going up again the rate/payment will continue to increase and there is nothing I can do about it.
