Amex Bank account or service department,

Checking account Using a debit or ATM card Oregon

Went to - Bank ATM to with draw money. Said call financial institution. Tried - other times with different amounts. Stated the same " call financial institution. Called American Express they said the ATM show money was disbursed. I never received money.
