Global lending services has refused to remove the ( - ) 30 day payment reporting sent to the - credit bureaus. The only month that i was 30 days late was for the month of - - yet the company has continues to report me 30 days late for the months of - ( received - payments to make up for - ), -, - - and - -. I also have documentation giving me an extension for - and - - and yet they have already reported me 30 days late for -. This information is inaccurate. I have statements from the company 's own website glspay.com with payments history showing payments were made before the 30 day late period. I have also have bank statements that show, the company has received over $3000.00 in payments since the Month of - -. Ive tried speaking with customer service, even after explaining that the payments were made through their system on a bi-weekly basis there has been no compromise. I have email, called, left voicemails, provided bank statements, and pleaded. I really need those late payments removed because i did not pay 30 days late except for - -.
