In - -, I closed my BILL ME LATER account. I made a purchase in - - for $12.00. This was somehow charged to PAYPAL CREDIT not my PayPal.com account. The $12.00 charge grew to $27.00 in late charges, because I did n't know I had a PAYPAL CREDIT account. I suppose it was because I CLOSED THAT ACOUNT SI- YEARS AGO! I was able to speak to someone at the PAYPAL CREDIT company, waived the FEES and pay the principle. I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AGAIN. Fingers crossed this time it sticks. Recently PAYPAL was fined and ordered to improve its disclosures for PayPal Credit. They clearly have not done so. Regards, - - - -, California -
