TransUnion is the only credit reporting agency reporting inaccurate information of the bureaus in this case. After disputing numerous accounts that are inaccurately being reported on my credit report, TransUnion failed to delete the inaccurate accounts and continue to refuse to provide me with acceptable proof of the documents used to unequivocally verify and determine the - credit card accounts ownership. As of now, TransUnion is in violation of federal law as the 30 days allotted have passed and the referenced account has not be sufficiently been verified. Under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA, TransUnion is required to " ... promptly delete all information that can not be verified '' that has been disputed.
