PAYPAL has been charging me $35.00 fees every possible incident they get. Even after I have paid the minimum or way above the minimum, they still charge $35.00 multiple times. They charge $35.00 late fees - on top of another on a charge of less than $20.00. Bringing the total to hundreds of dollars after I purchase some thing for less than $20.00.
