They have been calling me stating that they are going to be serving me with papers. I tried to contact them back and was basically told that I needed to pay $1200.00 by debit or credit card over the phone. I asked for proof and was denied. They will not give you any information other than the company name, Lionstone Holdings Group and that it 's a " - - '' office. They say that it 's a legal office and it 's not. Their tactics are to scare and get people to pay something that they are not even contractually collecting on. They do not recite the FDCPA or follow any guidelines.
