Discover card keeps Rising my interest rate to insane levels which is become clear they are ripping me off, I pay my bills on time and I am never late but they keep increasing rate which when I contact them to get rate lower they make excuses! the interest rate on a - balance is $250.00 per month and I pay $ -- $500.00 per month on my bill and it does not go down. I am retired and on a fixed income and I can not continue to do this, I do not mind paying a fair share but this is crazy and
