Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

Santander Consumer USA failed to properly notify me of the date and place of the sale of my repossessed vehicle or prove me a opportunity to purchase my vehicle back .Upon receipt of the notice of intent to sale Santander simply stated my vehicle will be sold before a specific date. When I contacted santander I was told I did n't have the right to personally appear at the auction and they are not required to tell me the date and place of the auction. I have communicated with Santander and have been told the repossession was legal and I had no right to purchase my car back outside of a direct transaction with Santander. I told them that my state requires them to notify me of the date and place of the auction in writing so that I can purchase my vehicle back. I was told to sue them.
