- was involve in a lawsuit due to fraud overdrawn charges to a massive of clients in their bank accounts. If I am not mistaken this lawsuit took place between the years -/-/--/-/-. My account was part of this lawsuit. Due to a loss - - sent refund checks to their clients. Unfortunately, I misplaced my check and found it a week after deadline to cash it. After this issue I find out this amount was in a consumer report collection and I was unable to open an account at a Federal Credit Union. I disputed this situation with -, main office, and with Consumer Relations, - - , -. I presented copy of the check and other documents I was able to find along with my statement but it was failure. I was unable to clear this collection. After 2 or 3 years I received in - 2015 a settlement letter from Synergetic Communication , Inc. I feel exhausted disputing for this amount, - have a horrible customer service when it comes to dispute these type of situations or they can not accept the truth. My huge interest is to clear all my collection accounts, which for different reasons whether was a default of my end or inevitable situation to handle. I am in a status to work my credit to a great credit.
