Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC knowingly violated the FCRA by placing - collection accounts with- and - credit bureaus. Jefferson Capital Systems, did this without proper notification 30 days prior to reporting the - accounts to the credit reporting bureaus. I never received notice such action was being implemented.
