Capital One Credit card department,
APR or interest rate California
Capital One has engaged in false business practices, which constitutes fraud. They maintain that their APR is in line with their fellow competitors, but that is simply not the case. Their - credit card rate is much higher than : -, -, and -. Therefore I feel they are guilty of deceptive business practices and corporate greed. Also, I have been waiting for them to send me their version of a chip credit card, since - of 2015. Why are they so neglectful in taking care of their aforementioned client?
