Atlanticus Services Corporation Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York

Fortiva issued a credit card in my name to someone else and the account is delinquent. I contacted Furtive and to date they have taken no action, indicating over a week ago that they would send me an affidavit by mail to complete. My reports to - show no activity to resolve false addresses and phone numbers used in addition to the false credit.
