- refused to honor my dispute. They continue to false bill me for services that I never had. I had conversations with the agents regarding a - account. I tried to educate the collector that the account was never -. I was told " If you paid your bill you would n't be in collections. '' Agent refused to accept a dispute over the phone. I was told the dispute was to be placed in writing only. After speaking with - my equipment was received om -/-/2015. I should not be in collections. Instead of listening the agency became abusive.
