I made an ATM deposit last week thursday, - -. The Capitalone ATM malfunctioned, ate my cash and card. Capitalone 360 reps first stated that within 1-2 business days it will be resolved. It has still not been resolved. The bank is now stating it will take 45 days to resolve.
