I purchased a van with an auto loan with Chase on - 2015. On - 2015, I refinanced the auto loan with Chase. I signed and sent back the new loan, and the phone representative and the branch employee informed me the old auto loan will be paid with the new auto loan. It has been 3 months now, but the old auto loan is showing I am delinquent, I received letter from Chase saying my loan is past due, and my credit score has dropped from - to -. I have called the Chase auto loan dept, and they have escalated the matter but it has been 3 months and counting.
