After multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the loan servicers, American Education Services and National Collegiate Trust, by presenting a reasonable repayment option that would allow for a full repayment of the loan they have illegally defaulted on. Their actions have been in direct violation of multiple federal laws. I am providing 30 days for these companies to agree to my terms of a full repayment of my student loans under the condition of a complete reversal of all illegal negative credit reporting against myself and my co-signer, as well as reasonable monthly payments. If no attempts to resolve this issue are completed, I will be forced to use the courtroom to protect myself from this blatant discrimination against my and my cosigner 's federal rights.
