Payday loan Received a loan I didn't apply for Received a loan I didn't apply for Oklahoma

I received a bank statement in the mail for an account I have n't used in over 3 years. I did not apply for any payday loan. had no idea that bank account was still open. How could they have done that? I did not agree to anything did not sin anything. I want that money reversed and given back! It was an ACH from Radiant Cash on -/-/16 for $500.00. Please help with this.
