Roquemore Holdings LLC Debt Collection Complaint

Communication tactics frequent or repeated calls

Roquemore Holdings LLC Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Washington

My mother, my sister, and I have received multiple calls on each of our mobile phones over the last few weeks from someone at " Roquemore & Roquemore ''. A female voice then leaves a message saying I need to call them back about an urgent issue related to a file they have on my father. The voicemail they leave indicates that they believe they are leaving a voicemail for my mother ( although my sister and I receive these calls too, and are addressed in the voicemail by our mother 's name ). They use both my mother 's and father 's full names. When I spoke to my parents about this, they had no idea why we would be receiving these messages. When I looked up Roquemore and Roquemore online, they seem to be debt collectors, however, I verified with my parents that they have no outstanding debt. These calls are therefore annoying, harassing, and unjustified. Additionally, I have received calls outside of the - time frame. If they are actually trying to reach my father, I do not understand how they obtained his name, yet found the contact information for - of his relatives ( me, my sister, and my mother ). It feels like some form of a privacy violation.
