Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report New York

Today ( -/-/- ) I went online and received my free reports except from TransUnion. I was denied access as they said they already gave me a free report for this year. Not so. Since I have had disputes with them before ( - ) due to their errors, I do not intend to waste time and incur expense by sending them certified mail for resolve every time they make a mistake this year. I have attached a screen print of their refusal to provide a free report which may require cropping by you as to not reveal my personal identification in the event that you publish this complaint for the benefit of the public.
