I received several calls and a final letter from a collection agency on behalf of - medical organizations in regards to a supposely pending account that was paid - months ago and charge to my bank account. When I call to clarify the customer service representative was really improper in her answer to me saying that the only way for me to do it was sending proof of payment ( which I completely understand and was ready to send ) I addressed that I have apply to a store credit a week ago and it was denied and it may be because they may report to - and that they have damage my credit report with a false issue. she said that it was not her problem and that they will try to fixed if I send proof of payment. I felt so mistreated at this point and I want to voice my most strong complaint to these entities and organizations that do not have any type of courtesy and understanding of the wrong behavior and consequences.
