We refinanced our home with Wells Fargo and they made the check for more than the amount needed so they said they would send us a check for the balance. The closing date was - -, -. The original loan was paid off - -, -. The check for the balance was made out - -, - and we did not receive it until - -, -. The envelope that it came in was postmarked - -, -. That is 1 week from when the check was written. My complaint is that we should have received that check by - -, - which is 17 days before we deposited it in our checking account.
