Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Washington

There were a credit inquiry placed by - - of Delaware on -/-/-. This should have been a " account review inquiry " and not a HARD INQUIRY placed on my credit report. I recently opened this account in -/-/- so why would I purposely apply in less than 30 days?
