At approximately - on - -, 2016 a company by the name of Capital Management Services called a family member and left a message that they were attempting to collect a debt and left a phone number of -. When the family member returned the call to find out what this was about they asked if she was a relative - they named me - and asked if she lived with me and had a phone number for me. This company has placed calls to my cell phone so they are in possession of a means to contact me. This is an invasion of privacy as well as an attempt to humiliate and embarrass.
