My complaint is against American Express - this credit card company refuses to send account statements thus I have no way of verifying what I am being charge plus my not sending monthly statements I do not received the required address and information necessary to write to inquire about charges, payment history etc. Also, because Amex does not send statements I do not have mailing address to mail payments. Because American Express did not send statements I miss a timely payment.
