with # -. This failure has continued beyond the 30-day period following - - the date I phoned in this error to TransUnion and created Dispute file # -. More specifically, the error is in the 7-year removal date - where TransUnion has not deleted this negative from my TransUnion report after the end date of the - month - the date of - in this case ( in contradiction with the facts I provided in my phone call to them on - and more recently - on - - in documentary form ). Apparently TransUnion and - did not verify the 7-year end-date to the - late fee transaction posted ( on - ) in the records of the original creditor for this debt - - - Bank. 2. Investment Retrievers is a debt purchaser. The original - credit card for this debt ended in the acct # -. 3. The specific documentation of this - late fee date ( of -/-/- ) is attached to this complaint. All of the documentation for correcting the - complaint errors is included in a multi-page letter filed with this - CFPB complaint. Also provided with that letter are a number of documents, including ( a ) the recent - 's TransUnion credit report page that includes this error, ( b ) copies of an Equifax Invalid Dispute reply that fails to correct their error, i.e., a reply that ignores the documentation I provided that irrefutably supports my corrections, and ( c ) copies of the creditor 's contemporaneous monthly statement postings of the - late fees to prove and correct this error using the books of the company that incurred these charges - my employer. The attached letter also explains how these debts are all company debts and that none are personal ( non-business ) charges made by me. 4. My lost income damages are also detailed in the attached letter. In summary, these damages are $ - per week-day, as I am a victim of fraud and as such, My State law specifies treble damages. My desired resolution items are : ( a ) the immediate removal of this major negative from my TransUnion credit report. I would like to first receive a written acknowledgement by - that they are notifying TransUnion to immediately remove this negative from my credit report, then ( b ) the prompt written notification from TransUnion and - ) that this last major negative has been removed and ( c ) a response from the CFPB that they will penalize the responsible parties for my damages and send me those funds each week.
