Google Inc. Money transfers department,

Domestic (US) money transfer Money was not available when promised North Carolina

I transfer money using google wallet service to my boyfriend. I was giving the chance to the review the transaction before submitting it. The transaction said it would be completed within 24 hours. It has now been for days and the money has already been taking out of my account but my boyfriend has yet to receive it. I call the google wallet service everyday since the transaction and they tell me something different every time
