After a great deal of time and what I believe to be a deliberately contrived delay, the GAP amount was finally paid. Meanwhile SunTrust attempted to extract from me the full amount of the monthly payments under the installment agreement and despite their now having been paid by both the indemnity insurance company and the GAP coverage, they 're still attempting to extract the installment payments from me. Even though they may be owed the amount of $540.00 ( See pdf - ) They are attempting to extract $840.00 ( See pdf - ). They are continually calling on my cell phone, most noticeably on - -, - when I was in an ambulance being transported from - hospital to another having been diagnosed with a - -. I asked them to leave me alone and communicate solely in writing. Despite, that request, they continue to harass me by phone.
