My loan was recently sold to Loancare which is the worst company I have ever come across. Before we even received this so called welcome packet from the company I was incessantly harassed by automated phone calls demanding payment. Then after we received the packet and sent the initial payment I was still receiving calls from them and the began receiving letters telling me my loan was in default all the while having been paid up. The conduct of this company has been totally unprofessional and can only be characteried by harassment.
