We purchase furniture through freedom acceptance corp, I was recently reviewing our credit report and found that we have a judgment in - against us that was filed in 2011. I do n't understand how a judgement in - can be filed against us when we dealt with and made the initial purchase in -. Freedom Acceptance Corp also has debited our bank accounts for unauthorized payments, charged unreasonable fees to make automatic purchases, made collection calls 5-7 times per day. I asked for a written invoice several times and I have never received one.
