I made a purchase using PayPal. They claim to have protections against fraud committed by the merchant. After trying to go through their dispute process they told me too bad you have to pay for it plus interest. The company I made the purchase from had a stated return policy which I tried to follow. They refused to answer any phone or email. Sticking me with the product. PayPal claims to protect consumer from bad merchant behavior. They lie as bad as the merchant.
