Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Pennsylvania

I was planning on attending - University for - 2010. At the last minute, I decided not to and contacted - - to not dispurse the loan funds to the school and I never signed a promissory note. - - still sent the money to the school. I advised - - that this was never signed and they refuse to help. They never provided proof of this signing as well. - - continues to tell me to get - to send the money back, but it is their responsbility. I did not attend this school and I asked them to send the money back but they refused. - - is billing me for this fraudulent loan and the late fees and interest have doubled the loan to about $20000.00.
