On or about -/-/16, - - from Aldon & Associates contacted my aunt - - by phone stating that they were looking for me for a legal case # -. - - has never been listed on any application I have submitted. This creditor is randomly contacting individuals with the last name - disclosing personal information relating to a debt I do not know about. She resides in -, MO and I have not lived in - in over 12 years. Furthermore, - - is a mental health patient whom suffers from -, - and has a - issues. - - contacting her has caused her to have a - and she was - on -/-/16 because of the threatening nature of the call which set her off on worrying that there was a legal case pending against me. On -/-/16, - - received a call from the same company but from a - telephone number but they left the same - number for me to contact them. They are operating outside of FTC guidelines for debt collection practices and disclosing personal information to individuals that they are not legally authorized to do so.
