Bank of the West Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised California

I sent a $17000.00 wire transfer on - -. It is an international wire going to - bank in -, - receiver 's name - -. I am attaching copies of he wire transfer. The funds never reached it 's destination and my bank has n't been doing enough to trace or recall and find our where my money is floating around to. Please, if anyone can help let me hear back.
