CIG FINANCIAL, LLC Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
- - called my place of employment and was shocked I answered the phone. She said they was going to serve me and garnish my wages and stated I am paying $500.00 a month on a new car which means she ran my credit without my permission and she threatened to garnish my wages which she can not say to me. Last week a lady called from a unknown number and threatened to serve me and I hung up on her and she called back and left a voicemail stating hanging up on her is not going to make her go away. I have voicemail in a email. The next day another lady left a message saying they was coming to my job to serve me and I need to show my id. I have that voicemail in a email also. Both ladies did not id me. They left messages of threat on a voicemail which they can not do. CIG financed a car that they knew had structural damage. I could not register car because it was going to cost me $3000.00 which I did not have so I had to get another car. CIG has a lot of bad reviews with similar situations that I experienced with them. I used to be a debt collector and I know what you can and can not say or do. I do not like being threatened and scared to go to my place of employment. The last lady called from a - number. I do not know if these people are violent. They sound violent on the voicemails. I am scared for my life.
