Wells Fargo home mortgage has contacted me two times looking for another person. I informed them on -/-/2016 that I am not that person and to remove my number from their contact list. They asked me to give a message to that person which is a violation of the FDCPA. I was contacted again on -/-/2016 by Wells Fargo home mortgage looking for the same person. I again informed them that I am not that person and to remove my number from their contact information and to not call. The 2nd call is a violation of the FDCPA.
