Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan Complaint

Installment loan Managing the loan or lease

Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan department,

Installment loan Managing the loan or lease South Carolina

I attempted to make my payments through my - - - account in -/-/2015 and -/-/2015 in which for two months it was returned because this form of payment was not accepted by Synchrony Bank. So when I became aware of this situation, I made two payments within one month in order to bring my account current. I asked that as a courtesy to me that the $35.00 fee would be removed. I was told that they would honor that in which that has not happened. Also, Synchrony keep accessing $35.00 each month to my account although I am making my monthly payment of $100.00 on the - of each which is my due date for each month. Not to mention they are reporting as late for three months which is not the case and that is affecting my credit score. I am not late until 30 days and that has not been the case since -/-/2015 but they continue to report me late each month and charge a $35.00 late fee for each month. These practices are unlawful and I wish these practices to be corrected on my behalf.
