I was denied, therefore, I researched a arbitrator, whom I thought was legitimate, - -, whom now I am being told are as bad as Western Sky, and I will be filing a complaint on them too. I was given paperwork stating that - contacted Western Sky with no response therefore Western Sky would have to write off remainder. Which I believed. Now I am receiving threatening phone calls and calls with no caller ID. I would really like this resolved. I can provide all paperwork as each payment of - was taken by auto withdrawal unil I closed my account in -. Please put a stop to this, as we consumers are looking for trustworthy help, not those who are only in it to make their own pockets golden.
