I received loan for my daughter that was cosigned by my parents which my parents paid off. Before they completely paid loan off they had filed bankruptcy and there was only approx. a $1000.00 balance left to pay off. While filing they agreed to continue to pay the remainder balance which they did now Navient which was previously - - are trying to charge me for the intial loan that has already been paid off. They have received legal documents showing that the loan was paid off and they still refuse to clear my credit report with the false claims they put in my name trying to receive over $8000.00 for account that was completely paid off. They removed my mothers name from the account and produce an account with my name on it only charging me the whole balance of the initial agreement that was already completely paid off by me and my parents.
