We did a refinance with Wells Fargo. The closing was -/-/-. At the closing they said that it is difficult to calculate the payoff of the old mortgage and that we were getting $3000.00 more than we needed. I think its a scam. They have to get closer than that. Now it is -/-/- and we are still waiting for our -. How many people per year do they do that too? Interest they make would be staggering. Again I believe it is a scam.
