- - has called me numerous times a day leaving messages stating that I must call him immediately about my case and that they will be garnishing my wages. He then proceeded to call my mother, step mom, and both sisters and gave them personal information. He told them I wrote a bad check, or that it was a legal matter. Both of which are false. I had already spoken with someone there about making payments, but they still call my family members and threaten to call my work. Also, I requested they mail me verification of the account and they refused. The woman argued with me saying my contract with - was now theirs and that everything I agreed to with them, I had agreed to with her company.I told her that since she was n't the same company, I had not signed a contract with her. She got very upset and then finally agreed to mail me a letter.
