I accidentally clicked on what I thought was a Pay Pal fast pay option that signed me up for Pay Pal credit. I attempted to remove it on line but you can not. I had to call and have the account removed, the whole process felt it was designed to deceive the consumer, and it was not easy to cancel the credit Even though I cancelled the credit within 24 hours, there was a hard enquirer on my credit report.
