I do not know Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Texas

The company is on my credit report. I have no idea who the company is attempting to collect a debt for. The FCRA states that a company has to send me a letter in the mail 30 days prior to reporting on my credit. This is a clear violation of the law.
