Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report California

Trans Union - what a wonderful company ( lol ). Will not give me my free credit report for the year unless I pay for it. Trans Union online dispute form is always down and will not allow me to sign in or sign up. The security questions I have to answer truthfully are not factually correct to access my free online report. So when I answer truthfully then Trans Union claims I am not who I say I am. There are many problems with Trans Union. I ca n't be the only consumer to complain about Trans Union and these issues. -/- credit card has been closed by me for more than 10 years yet - and Trans Union refuses to delete this from my credit report. In the meantime Trans Union denies me free online access to my credit report as well. Why? Trans Union, a - - - taking advantage of the consumer.
