Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Pennsylvania

Someone stole my identity and purchased phones from -. In an out of state store. I have n't been out of state to purchase phones. This was a criminal act and I advised them of it. They still want me to report it to the police department. I do n't know when or where my identity was stolen to purchase these phones. If the company even took the chance to check to see if the person was actually me they would n't have sold the phones. They are messing up my credit with a $1300.00 debt on my credit report.
