M&T Bank Corporation Consumer Loan department,

Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay West Virginia

This Lender was stopped from reprocessing my Vehicle ( an RV ), because I got them satisfied but they picked my RV earlier ( repo ) than they agreed, and in the process of driving/towing moving my RV they they ruined my RV. I got it back because it was drivable but ... I did not realize they damaged it so severely but they did ... .The wheel came off at - MPH and destroyed the rear axle, I then SAID I DO NOT WANT THIS ITS RUINED They take it and have had it since -, no auction yet they say its awaiting ( Fixed or Still Damaged ) They Send me this email..telling me I still owe the entire amount of the original contract on a vehicle they rendered worthless. Below is their email to me. No auction I want an almost as nice RV as I had before they ruined it, or all of my over $30000.00 already paid to this Bank, and my credit rating corrected.
