I have a PayPal Credit card that I did n't " knowingly '' apply for. I thought I was making a donation to - and paying for it with a credit card that I use for everything. Later I received a billing statement from PayPal. I called to get an understanding about the bill and " credit card '' and learned that I had actually opened the account. This struck me as odd and deceptive. When reading an article on the internet today, I decided to report this.
